Voloshyna M. A. Specific aspects of legal regulation of the operational search for the private operative and broadcast information by National police departments of Ukraine

Goal. The purpose of the article is to determine the prospective directions of legal regulation of the operational search of the primary operational intelligence information by the units of the National Police of Ukraine. Method. The methodology includes a detailed comprehensive analysis and synthesis of available scientific and theoretical material on the raised issues, on the basis of which grounded worldview conclusions and recommendations on the disclosure of the essence of the concepts under study are made. Results. It was stated that the process of legal regulation of the operational search of the primary operational information by the units of the National Police of Ukraine consists of a large number of normative acts, the provisions of which have controversial or unresolved aspects, and there is an urgent need for scientific substantiation and the practical implementation of amendments and additions to them. Scientific novelty. For the first time, fundamental researches and views of practitioners regarding the current state of legal regulation of operational search of primary operational intelligence information by units of the National Police of Ukraine have been analyzed. Practical significance. It is determined what exactly in the normative acts contain conflicts and disadvantages, which negatively influence on conducting operative search of the primary operational-search information by units of the National police and ways of their elimination.
