Vikonskyy V. V. Theoretical and legal analysis of polyfunctionality of modern Ukrainian law

The article examines approaches to the functions of law, which have continuity and characterize the specific role of it in regulating  the respective spheres of social life, as well as ways of organizing  the right of this life.  At the same time  law, itself, has an effect  on  a person and his needs  which does not always lead to the  emergence of  public  resonance . Law  also influences the outlook, the value system of the individual, the scope of their needs and interests. The study analyzes the increasing interest in the issues of law functions, their classification,  legal ideology and its influence on social life.
