Zhukovska L. A. Problems of legislative definition of tasks of specially authorized subjects in the field of combating corruption in Ukraine

The article is dedicated to the study of tasks of specially authorized agencies fighting corruption in Ukraine. The author analyses provisions of the normative legislative acts of Ukraine, laying the conceptual foundation of the activity of specially authorized agencies fighting corruption in Ukraine, in particular, regarding the definition of their main tasks. The author proposes to interpret the concept of «task of specially authorized agencies fighting corruption in Ukraine». Outlined issues of legislative defining tasks of specially authorized agencies fighting corruption in Ukraine. The emphasis is on the need to improve existing anti-corruption legislation and provide relevant proposals.
