Aronov Yan Legal culture of a lawyer

The article is devoted to the concept of legal culture of a lawyer, emotional-volitional elements of the formation of human-centered justice as the main components of the legal transmition of legal knowledge from the lawyer to the average participant in legal relations. The author of the article focuses on the elaboration of the provisions of a number of scientific perspectives that serve as the basis for further scientific research on the formation of a lawyer’s legal culture.
