Dan A. V. Causes and conditions for the use of a young child to engage in begging in Ukraine

Taking into account the substantive (depending the field of determinism) approach to the classification of the causes and conditions of using a small child for begging in Ukraine, based on available materials of criminal proceedings and sentences, the following main groups of determinants of such crimes are identified by the author: 1) socio-economic; 2) socio-cultural; 3) organizational and managerial; 4) technical; 5) normative-legal; 6) socio-psychological. It is emphasized that the identification of the determinants mentioned above has not only theoretical but also practical interest, since it makes possible to differentiate the areas of preventive activity of general and special subjects of using a small child for begging prevention in Ukraine.
