Evdokymov V. V. The legal framework of the parliamentary system of Austria-Hungary, and the peculiarities of its implementation in Galicia

The article reveals the preconditions for the establishment of a constitutional system in the Habsburg Empire and the particularities of the organization and activities of regional seimas, which performed representative functions and became centers of political life in the region. On the example of the Galician Sejm, the level of public perception of the work of a representative body, the level of political tension on the eve and during the election of cadences, as well as the main directions of its rule-making activities are revealed.
