Lutskyy M. I. Legal basis for the implementation of the idea of catholicity (to the 100th anniversary since the creation of the ZUNR)

In the article attention is paid to the research of juridical delivery of the Act of Union between the WUPR and UPR, three stages are defined and analyzed in the aspect of relations between the WUPR and UPR under the conditions of integration processes on the Ukrainian territory. The preparatory stage is considered on which the prior agreement on the union of the Ukrainian lands into a single state was achieved. Special attention is paid to the unification stage which is crucial to the juridical delivery of the Union of the Ukrainian lands and during which the Act of Union was signed, announced and ratified.
