Mykolaenko J. I. Human rights to freedom of movement and free choice of place living in the basic concepts of modern legal thinking

The article analyzes the scientific concepts and views on the problem of realizing the human right to freedom of movement and free choice of place of residence, explored the genesis of the category of «legal thinking» and its typologization. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the well-known scientific concepts on this problem, the author submits his definition of the category of «human right to freedom of movement and free choice of place of residence».
