Ivasyn O. R. Judicial control over the execution of court rulings in administrative proceedings: special methods

In the given article the content of the special ways of judicial review over execution of judgment in administrative cases is revealed. Such ways are: the obligation of the office subject to give a report about the execution of judgment; imposition of a fine for the non-execution of judgment; acknowledgement of the decisions, action or inaction to be unlawful and performed by the office subject – defendant to the execution of adjudication or abuse of rights of the claimant approved by such adjudication. In the article the mechanisms of special ways of judicial review over execution of judgment in administrative cases improvement by the way of change the administrative court proceeding code of Ukraine.
