Ogeruk I. S. Comparative analysis of the criminal legislation of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova in the field of combating corruption

The article attempts to compare approaches to determining the list of criminal acts recognized as corruption, according to the legislation of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. It is determined that the Ukrainian and Moldovan legislation on criminal liability has many common features in the definition of criminal acts of corruption, which is associated with the integration of the two states into the European and world community, as well as the use of the same international legal acts in the field of combating corruption. Analyzed the differences that have arisen as a result of the peculiarities of the development of national legislation on criminal responsibility and the characteristics of approaches to the definition of corruption as a phenomenon at the legislative level.
