Pleskach A. Yu. Separate features of the operational-search support of criminal proceedings in connection with the search for missing persons

In the article, the author considers the problems of operational-search support of criminal proceedings in connection with the search for missing persons. In particular, an attempt was made to fill in the content of the outlined definition, for which the semantic meaning of words and their meanings are analyzed in accordance with current legislation. The author also analyzes the existing definitions of the definition of «operational-search support for criminal proceedings» and proposes the author’s definition of the outlined concept. At the same time, on the basis of the analysis of empirical material, the features inherent in the process of operational-search support of criminal proceedings for the search for missing persons are determined and substantiated.
