Savetchuk V.M. The implementation and responsibility for non-fulfillment of the merger (absorption) agreement under the legislation of Ukraine and the EU

The scientific article is devoted to the study of issues related to the implementation of merger agreements (absorptions), as well as to the peculiarities of liability for their non-fulfillment. The study of the legal nature of the merger (absorption) agreements, both in domestic and foreign law was in focus. The main legislative approaches to regulation of the implementation and liability for failure to comply with the merger (absorption) agreements stipulated by the current civil law are studied. The borrowing of the corresponding legal regulation is offered on the basis of the scientific researches of leading European experience.
