Chyzh S. A. The status of research of operational research counteraction by the economical protection units in the field of domestic wastes in the scientific plane

Goal. The purpose of the research is to realize the scientific genesis of operational and investigative counteraction by the units of economic protection to crimes in the field of circulation of household wastes, to find gaps in the scientific support of the developed direction and to provide proposals for their elimination. Method. The methodology includes a detailed comprehensive analysis and synthesis of available scientific and theoretical material on the raised issues, on the basis of which grounded worldview conclusions and recommendations on disclosure of the essence of the studied concepts are made. Results The article concludes that the scholar-lawyers until then considered the various theoretical and applied aspects of the functioning of the sphere of circulation of household wastes, in particular the criminal-procedural features of counteraction to crimes in this area. However, by this time, a special study of the issue of operational and investigative counteraction by the economic protection units to crimes in the field of domestic waste treatment, in particular in the scientific field, has not yet been implemented. Scientific novelty. It was determined that among the specialists in the field of operational and investigative activities the subjects of operational and search counteraction of the economic protection units to crimes in the field of domestic waste treatment were not thoroughly investigated. Practical significance. The results of the study will promote better understanding by scientists, who need further research on the organizational, legal and tactical principles of operational and investigative counteraction by the economic protection units to crimes in the field of domestic waste management.
