Gutsulyak M. Ya., Ravlyuk І. І. Parametrization of the concept of corruption in normatively-legal area: definitions, features and problems of reglementation

The article is devoted to the study of normatively fixed features of corruption offenses and criteria for their differentiation. Some aspects that create difficulties during the qualification of corruption crimes are shown. An attention is drawn to the changes to some normative legal acts, particular in terms of improving the concept and features of corruption crimes. Some problem issues in the formulation of the disposition of such crimes are defined. These are: 1) abuse of power or office; 2) acceptance of a proposal, promise or obtaining an unlawful benefit by an official, 3) illegal enrichment, etc.
