Knysh V. V. Prospects for the development of the institution of constitutional and legal responsibility in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the perspectives of development of the institution of constitutional and legal responsibility in Ukraine. According to the results of the research, the author concludes that at this stage there is an intensification of the mechanism of negative responsibility (with regard to the introduction and subsequent implementation of the lustration mechanism (clearing of power) at the state level, and in the context of decommunization both at the state level and at the level non-state organizations – political parties, other associations of citizens, may manifest themselves in limiting their participation in the electoral process).
