Volkovetska S. V. Legal education of young people as a necessary condition for Ukrainian democracy

The article examines the need for legal education of Ukrainian youth, which is regarded as a necessary condition for real democracy and the development of a successful Ukrainian state. It is based on Ukraine’s position, known from Roman law, that true democracy is enforced by the implementation of laws. We consider the latest forms of teaching disciplines and organization of the educational process. There is a close relationship between the patriotic and legal education of young people, are closely intertwined and complementary.
