Pitsuk K. Z. Legal status of the legal heirs

A given article was devoted to the question about the inheritance according to the law. The Civil Code of Ukraine in determining grounds of inheritance gave priority to the inheritance by will, however, the notarial practice testifies that the most widespread kind of the inheritance in Ukraine is still the inheritance by law. The existing level of the legal regulation of ancestral relationship is not just enough to protect rights in a proper way and to identify duties of the legato in the inheritance by law as well.
