The article deals with tactical peculiarities of carrying out an investigative experiment in the conditions of counteraction to the investigation of crimes. Different approaches to the definition of the essence and significance of this investigative action are analyzed. The basic stages of the investigative experiment and the peculiarities of the preparation for carrying out the mentioned investigative action are determined. The authors proposed tactical approaches to overcoming the counteraction to the investigation of crimes during the conduct of the investigative experiment.
