Verkalets I. D. Legal psychology in the realization of law

In the article the general theoretical description of legal psychology as one of the elements of the mechanism of realization of law is conducted. The peculiarities of the influence of legal psychology on the processes of formation of legal relations and implementation of law are determined. It is proved that it is through legal emotions that law realizes its main qualities – humanism, justice, formal equality of subjects, and so on. These characteristics of law express human feelings and assessments, from their adequacy to legislation, from the psychological adjustment of people largely depends the effectiveness of current acts of all law enforcement and right-realization practices.
