Zvarych R.V. The Process of Formation and Implementation of Regulative Function of Capitalistic Law

The article deals with the regulative function of the law of capitalistic type. It researches the main stages of development of capitalistic law and evolution of its regulative function. It proves that ensuring the regulative function of law was a feature of capitalistic law that was meant to influence social relations through immediate establishment of their state in the legal provisions. It means that there was an opposite process of the society influencing the legislative process. The article defines the content and role of the regulative function of capitalistic law in the mechanism of establishment of legal status of a person and legal regulation of social relations of that time.
