Byrkovych O. I. Concept of truth in the Kyiv Russian judiciary

The article substantiates the consideration of truth as a concept of the judicial system of Kievan Rus. It is proved that the concept of truth includes, firstly, the fundamental rights and duties of free citizens; secondly, equal positions in the judicial process; thirdly, the main state-legal institutions that influenced the stabilization and development of life prospects.
